Important remarks: Listed above payments are non-refundable unless there is a written invoice for payments specifying terms otherwise.

Refund request will be made within 7 to 10 working days after confirmation. The refund will be made through the same gateway as the previous payment or directly to our branch office.

Important remarks:

QEG will NOT refund the tuition fees paid by the student if:

1. The student pays the tuition fee after getting an F-1 visa with IAU’s Form I-20 & enters into the USA.

2. The student fails to check in with IAU within 10 days after entering the US, fails to register for classes by deadline dates, fails to commence studies on the official start dates, or fails to comply with any USCIS regulations or IAU policies resulting in expulsion or withdrawal from IAU.
